Heather’s flair for fashion will create beautiful flow and definition, while simultaneously creating an easier styling routine for each client. As the Lead Makeup Artist at Evolutions, she is expertly skilled in eyebrow arching, facial waxing and is an expert in shellac manicures. Heather remains focused on being well versed with current trends and attending hair shows, including the IBS New York hair show and classes oriented in the technique and artistry of hair design. Heather’s goal is to deliver an unforgettable personal experience to each and every one of her clients. Erica

Erica has been in the industry for 11 years. She enjoys making clients look and feel great. When clients visit the salon, they will feel welcomed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. She focuses on giving customers her undivided attention to experience every service the salon offers.

Erica enjoys styling and coloring most. She loves getting inspiration from the world around her and constantly stays up to date with the latest trends and fashions.

Maureen

Maureen Lucking has been the owner of Evolutions for over 21 years and feels very blessed to do exactly what she loves. She prides herself as a successful stylist and makeup artist, always evolving in new techniques and trends. A graduate of Pittsburgh Beauty Academy, Maureen went on to be an educator at the Academy but now finds her joy in running her own salon and is passionate about exceptional service for her clientele.

Whether its cut or color, she enjoys working with men and women to come up with styles individualized to their needs. With her artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail, Maureen analyzes each client's personality, lifestyle and facial structure to create a look to complement their own uniqueness. Maureen’s aspiration is to keep your look fresh and exciting and leaving the salon feeling heard, pampered, and more confident. Marena

Marena is passionate about cut and color and loves to step outside the box with her unlimited creativity. She specializes in styles including asymmetrical cuts with bold highlights or natural soft color with long or short layers. She believes in really listening to her client’s needs and hair concerns and providing each with what they need to recreate their look at home.

She specializes in cutting edge coloring techniques, foil highlights, Balyage, thermal straightening, blowouts, special occasion styling and makeup application. Marena is also highly skilled at airbrush tanning application. Marena attended the Bella Cappelli Academy in Pittsburgh, a Paul Mitchell partner school and is currently an educator with Kaaral.

Marena stays updated on all the latest trends and enjoys improving her skills by taking advanced education classes. Having an artistic outlook, she is always willing to try something new!

Jennifer

Jennifer enjoys individualizing her client’s styles, cuts and colors hair according to their own unique personality. Whether you want to contemporary classic cut, a funky avant-garde style, or an elegant up-do for your wedding or other special occasion, her artistic vision will be sure to exceed your expectations.
Jen is a graduate of Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and has over 20 years experience specializing in precision cut and color with impeccable attention to detail for each of her customers. Jennifer offers the latest trends for nails and offers eyebrow and facial waxing.
